B&B 52 is a small attic apartment in an ancient house situated in the old part of Calice Ligure, a Ligurian inland village, set amongst cultivated, terraced hills.
The village is only 7 km distant from the Riviera (connected by bus line 35) and five minutes from Highway A10.
The accomodation for two people includes a well-fitted kitchen with cooking facilities, a spacious double room, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen looks onto a typical Ligurian terrace. At the entrance: laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided. Weekly bed linen change. Flat cleaning every 2/3 days. Internet access.
Breakfast included in the price with self-service: milk, coffee, tea, butter, jam, honey, cereals, yogurt, rusks, biscuits and fruit.
There is no air-conditioner and no television. Regrettably pets aren't allowed. In addition we are a strictly No smocking establishment. With its open stairways and steps, the accommodation is not suitable for children.
A garage can be rented for car or sport equipment.
